Ginger Dayle (Mother 1 & 2) is thrilled to finally be back on stage with the company she founded! She produced her first show in September of 2006 on a hope and a prayer that it would lead to more opportunities and since then she has produced 10 shows, acted in several, researched more plays than she can remember, served as fundraiser and publicist for this and other companies, and become the only full-time volunteer employee of NCS. She has also given opportunities to many emerging artists in the Delaware Valley, especially recent college graduates. She is a UPenn grad who is currently pursuing a dancing/acting/singing career in Philadelphia. She spends most of her "free time" at Symmetry Dance Wellness with Kip and teaching at the Banana Factory in Allentown. Other performing includes PA Ballet and the Royal Ballet of London. Thank you to the cast and crew for your enthusiasm and hard work. Namaste to all the devis at Wake Up Yoga. For my Russ – mwahhh! Thanks for allowing me to make mistakes, and all of your loving support. I couldn't have done it without you.
Russ Widdall (Father 1 & 2, etc.) is happy to return to the New City Stage where he appeared as Teddy in last season's When You Comin' Back, Red Ryder? He was also seen in A Stone Carver and Unidentified Human Remains… Other recent appearances have been in the Walnut Street Theatre's Of Mice and Men (Barrymore Award winner for Best Overall Production of a Play), Lantern Theater's Henry IV, Part I, and the University of the Arts 2010 Philly Fringe production of Polaroid Stories. Russ appeared on the TV series Hack, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and as Ron Lowenthal on HBO's The Wire. He was also seen pushing in the Renee Zellweger out of a limo in the film My One And Only, and featured in National Treasure 2 and the forthcoming The Dark Fields. This is his first go-round as an associate producer and he'd like to be re-aquainted with his sleep cycle. Many thanks to Ginger.
